User conditions of Filterphoto.lu
The website Filterphoto.lu serves Filter photography platform to sell its photography publication "Filter photo zine" and related products. By ordering from the Filterphoto webshop, the user ("buyer") agrees to the terms and conditions set by Filter photography platform. Sales are subject to conditions specified below.
Delivery
In most circumstances all orders will be shipped within 3 working days of the order being placed using Post Luxembourg. For all Luxembourg deliveries please allow 10 working days for your items to arrive. For Europe please allow 15 working days for standard airmail service. For The Rest of the World, please allow 6 weeks.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 10 days from receipt of your goods.
Payment and refund policy
All purchases are subject to VAT @ 3% which is included in the price.
If you receive any goods damaged or you have received the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible providing details of your complaint within 7 days and we will try to rectify your order.
If possible please return any unwanted items in unused condition by reusing the provided packaging and by marking it Return to Sender ensuring the return address printed below is written clearly on the packaging.
Please note that any items returned due to delivery failure will be subject to delivery charges being deducted from any refund given.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription you will get all issues from the calendar year in which you start your subscription. Usually subscriptions are sent out in March, June, September and December. Subscriptions renew automatically in January. If you subscribe later in the year you will get all issues that have come out already (during that calendar year) in your first delivery. If you cancel your subscription during the year you will still get all issues of that year since the amount will be charged in January.
For subscriptions delivery costs are waived.
Data protection
Filter photography platform acknowledges and undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data, including, but not limited to, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”) and any other applicable national laws or regulations governing the processing of such personal data.
Any personal data collected will be used only in the context of a customer relationship or for the transmission of the Filter photography newsletter. No data will ever be shared with third parties.
