Gilles Kayser was born in Luxembourg in 1988. He is a self-taught photographer whose interest in the medium was first awakened by his pursuit of street photography. His body of work is largely documentary and chronicles both current social and political issues as well as everyday life. He is based in Luxembourg and works as a photojournalist for several local media outlets.
